Most days have the potential of being New Yarn Days. But I've been trying that whole thing where I don't purchase more yarn without first knowing exactly what I'm going to do with it first. That has been going mostly well, apart from subscribing to the Adagio Mills yarn club, because I want to support them (and also really struggle to say no to alpaca). Yesterday, I got another shipment from the Gauge Dye Works yarn club, in collaboration with Andrea Rangel. I'm super excited, because it comes with its own pattern, so this technically meets my self-imposed stash acquisition rule. If we can all just quietly ignore the fact that this is now my third Gauge Dye Works yarn club shipments with patterns still unknit, that would be cool...

Anyway.. I have a new project just waiting to be cast on!! Which means it's even more reason not to go out and buy yarn right now for a project on my mind... I need to finish my projects! And I will! Watch this space for socks and shawls and scarves, all being finished at break-neck speed so that I can justify new things!!!
